How does the gift card program work?

You can choose to receive a gift card or not with our year long subscription with CME credits. The gift card amount varies by purchase price and is detailed both on the home page and the gift card page.

When do I receive the gift card?

Gift cards are typically sent via email 15 days after purchase.

How will I receive my gift card?

You will receive an email with your gift card as well as procedures on how to redeem it.

Can I select to receive a physical gift card in the mail?

When you redeem your gift card you will have this option.

What if I accidentally forget to select the gift card at checkout?

If you didn’t select a gift card during checkout, please email support@cmetrail.com within 15 days of purchase. We’ll help you process the request if eligible.

What if I never receive the email with my gift card?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still haven’t received it within the stated time frame (15 days), contact support@cmetrail.com and we’ll make sure it’s reissued.

Can I receive a refund instead of the gift card?

Refunds may be requested prior to CME use and prior to promotional gift card incentive issuance. Payment processing fees charged by third-party processors are non-refundable.

What types of gift cards can I choose from?

With Perfect Gift Plus, you can now select up to 500 different gift card vendors including (Zelle, Amazon, and Visa). You can make this selection during the redemption process.
