How does the gift card program work?

You can choose to receive a gift card or not when our year long subscription with CME credits. The gift card amount varies by purchase price and is detailed both on the home page and the gift card page.

Anyone who selects this option.

When do I receive the gift card?

Gift cards are typically sent via email within 30 days of purchase. We are working on getting this down to 14 days after the date of purchase.

How will I receive my gift card?

You will receive an email with your gift card as well as procedures on how to redeem it.

Can I select to receive a physical gift card in the mail?

Coming soon. Yes, you can request this at checkout.

What if I accidentally forget to select the gift card at checkout?

If you didn’t select a gift card during checkout, please email support@cmetrail.com within 7 days of purchase. We’ll help you process the request if eligible.

What if I never receive the email with my gift card?

Please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still haven’t received it within the stated time frame (30 days), contact support@cmetrail.com and we’ll make sure it’s reissued.

Can I receive a refund instead of the gift card?

No. We do not offer refunds, as we provide a free trial and generous gift card reimbursement program

You can choose between a Visa or an Amazon gift card at checkout. We are working on a gift card offering that can be redeemable anywhere.
